Straight answers for procurement and IT.

The product is a site license for one on-site box. Cloud is optional, and it is priced per screen only when you use it.

More detail on architecture, alerting, and security.

Questions

Is the cloud required?

No. A site license runs the box on your LAN. Cloud is optional outbound sync for more than one site.

What does the software cost?

Home is the free download: 4 screens, and the word Home on every board. Business is $1,200 once per site. Enterprise is $1,000 per site at four sites or more. A signed license file on the box removes the cap and the Home mark. Updates after the first year are $240/year (Business) or $200 per site per year (Enterprise). The installed version keeps running if you do not renew.

Can we keep our Roku TVs?

Yes. Sideload the looping-video channel. New screens should be Pi, Windows, or Android kiosks so you are not stuck on Developer Mode forever.

Does NWS cost extra?

The feed is public. You must set a real contact User-Agent. Facility Alerting as a cloud entitlement is separate.

How many cameras can one box handle?

Count remuxes, not TVs. About 1โ€“2 on a Pi 4, 3โ€“5 on a Pi 5, ~8โ€“12 on an N100. Pi 3 is a kiosk, not a remux host. Details: /cameras.

Will you VPN into our plant?

No. That is the architecture.

Are you selling in East Tennessee?

Yes. That is the first geography. Western North Carolina is the second.

Is signup public?

No. Invite-only during preview. Request access on /signup.

Do I need Stripe?

No. Preview billing is manual. List prices exist so you can budget.
