Privacy
This covers the public website and Dutywall Cloud. Your on-site box is yours; we do not receive its media or camera credentials.
dutywall.com is hosted on our cloud VM. We use self-hosted Umami (umami.trileafhosting.com) for page views. It is not Google Analytics. We do not sell that data.
Cloud accounts store email, password hash, org and site config you enter, and screen inventory the box reports. Invite codes are single use. Access-request emails are stored so we can reply.
Standalone installs do not send product telemetry to us. NWS requests go to the National Weather Service with the User-Agent you configure.
